social impact profession

This first of its kind study of the corporate social impact profession provides insights about the demographic make-up of the profession, as well as experiences and perspectives of CSR professionals on a range of topics including recruiting approaches focused on diversity and inclusion, advancement opportunities, and practices around funding equity initiatives. The report disaggregates survey responses by race and seniority, showing key differences in perspectives on these important topics.

The study was conducted in partnership with Building Movement Project and Leverage Philanthropic Partners, two leading organizations in the racial justice movement.
